Very professional crew that really know their craft and deliver a great job.

I was planning on putting new tile in my three-season porch. I rented a demolition hammer and began tearing up the old tiles. After two days of backbreaking work I realized that I was in way over my head! The tiles eventually came up; however, the co... ncrete floor was covered with twenty-plus year old thinset that would not come up. I contacted “New England Surface Preparation” in Wakefield, MA and they saved the day! Steve came to my home and evaluated the mess that I created. He was confident that they would be able to remove the thinset and bring the floor back to a smooth level surface. Steve and Matt came back a few days later and got to work. They were neat and efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. They removed every bit of thinset from the floor and left me with a perfectly smooth and level surface. I have never had contractors work at my home who were so fastidious about cleanliness. They contained all of the dust from the grinding, vacuumed all the surrounding surfaces, and washed down my deck after they were finished. They also took off their shoes when they came into my house!
