Shot Blasting is used when Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) of 3-6 is needed. It is commonly used to remove thin Epoxy Coatings & floor paints as well as prepare existing Epoxy Coatings & Concrete for new Epoxy Floors, Poly-Crete Flooring, Self-Leveling Underlayments & Self-Leveling Toppings, Garage & Deck Coatings or other materials that will be bonded to a concrete substrate. Shot Blasting is uses a steel media and the dust is collected in a seperate dust collector which captures over 99% of the dust generated. Our Blastrac Shot Blasting machines range from 8"-30" wide.
